Processing time

Every piece is printed to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized items may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case for your order.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Romania: 3-5 business days after processing

Rest of European Union: 5-10 business days after processing

International: 10-20 business days after processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Damaged or lost shipments

All orders are packaged carefully to survive transit, but if your piece arrives damaged, contact us at thewallfoundry@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
