What are your prints made of?
Framed posters are printed on 200 gsm matte paper, set in a pine wood frame with shatterproof plexiglass and FSC-certified or equivalent sustainable paper. Canvas pieces use a cotton-polyester blend canvas (300–350 gsm) stretched over FSC-certified wood bars, available in black, natural wood, or dark brown frame finishes. Every piece ships ready to hang, hanging kit included.
Framed poster or canvas — what's the difference?
Framed posters sit behind glass with a slim frame for a crisp, gallery-like finish — a good fit for a living room, office, or entryway. Canvas prints have no glass and a soft, textured, matte finish that feels warmer and more relaxed — well suited to a bedroom or reading nook. Both work equally well as a single statement piece or as part of a larger arrangement.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is printed to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. From there: Romania 3–5 business days, rest of the EU 5–10 business days, international 10–20 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside Romania?
Yes — we ship across the EU and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on standard catalog sizes — items must be unused and in their original packaging. EU orders also come with the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Because personalized items (custom text, sizing, or photo requests) are made to order, they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. What if my order arrives damaged?
Every order is packaged carefully to survive transit, but if a piece arrives damaged, contact us at thewallfoundry@gmail.com with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I order a custom size or frame colour?
Most designs are available in several standard sizes and frame finishes right on the product page — just choose your combination before adding to cart. If you're after something outside our standard sizing, reach out to thewallfoundry@gmail.com and we'll see what's possible.
How do I care for my print?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas to preserve colour over time. Framed posters can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth on the glass only — avoid household cleaners on canvas, as it isn't protected by glass.
